TO PROVIDE FIRE PREVENTION, FIRE SUPPRESSION, BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AMBULANCE, AND RELATED EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO BOROUGH OF NEW CUMBERLAND RESIDENTS, AS WELL AS FIRE SUPPRESSION AND BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AMBULANCE SERVICES TO NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES AS REQUESTED. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT REGARD TO ABILITY TO PAY.
