IN ADDITION, THIS POPULATION SUFFERS FROM ISOLATION AND A LACK OF PEER-TO-PEER INTERACTION. NEW GROWTH PROJECT WILL OFFER EMPLOYMENT VIA PEER-TO-PEER COACHING IN A FARM SETTING SO THAT OUR CLIENTS CAN EXPERIENCE SUCCESS, SOCIAL INTERACTION, AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
