THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO USE SPORTS, FITNESS ACTIVITIES AND HEALTH EDUCATION TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF THE CITIZENS OF THE NEW RICHMOND AREA. IT DOES THIS BY PROVIDING ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT HELP PEOPLE DEVELOP THE KNOWLEDGE, PHYSICAL SKILLS AND SELF-CONFIDENCE NECESSARY TO LEAD HEALTHY LIVES AND TO ENJOY ALL PHYSICAL RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THE ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES SHALL ALSO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND GUIDANCE TO DEVELOP COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
