THE NEW VITAE WELLNESS FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO OFFER AND PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND EDUCATION RELATING TO BEHAVIORAL AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND NEEDS IN ORDER TO ASSIST WITH EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL, CLINICAL AND HOUSING NEEDS IN THE COMMUNITY.
