("NOAHH"), A LOUISIANA NONPROFIT CORPORATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER CODE SECTION 501(C)(3), TO THE EXTENT SUCH PURPOSE IS A (CONT'D ON SCH. O) CHARITABLE PURPOSE WITHIN THE MEANING OF CODE SECTION 501(C)(3). THE CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE OPERATED TO SUPPORT OR BENEFIT ANY ORGANIZATION OTHER THAN NOAHH.
