THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO ASSIST THE STAFF OF THE NOBLESVILLE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB IN PROGRAMS FOR THE YOUTH AND TO FACILITATE AND SUPPORT FUNDRAISING WITHOUT PROFIT TO THE CORPORATION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND MEMBERS.
