THE NORTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY DIRECTORS OF SOCIAL SERVICES IS A FUTURE-ORIENTED SOURCE OF LEADERSHIP FOR ITS MEMBERS, POLICY MAKERS, PARTNERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC, THAT IMPROVES PUBLIC POLICY AND STRENGHTENS THE CAPACITY OF LOCAL COUNTY DEPARTMENTS OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO DELIVERY EFFECTIVE SERVICES TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS.
