THE ORGANIZATION ENGAGES IN ALL PHASES OF VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTING, FIRE PREVENTION, RESCUE, CORPORATIONS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE NORTH EAST COMMUNITY, CECIL COUNTY, AND AS NEEDED OR REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY, LOCAL LAWS, OR MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.
