THE MISSION OF THE NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT IS TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO ALL WHO MAY SEEK OUT HELP IN THE DISTRICT OF NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP. WE ARE A SERVICE PROVIDER AND WE STANDREADY TO PROVIDE FIRE SUPPRESSION, FIRE PREVENTION, AND EDUCATION, RESCUE SERVICES AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. THE NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND/OR SERVICES TO THE TOWNSHIP OF NORTH STRABANE, OR OTHER COMMUNITIES, AS MAY BE REQUESTED OF AND/OR AUTHORIZED BY THE DEPARTMENT, AND TO AFFORD RELIEF TO DISABLED MEMBERS AND THOSE DEPENDENT UPON THEM. THE DEPARTMENT PERFORMS AND ANNUAL FUNDRAISER THROUGH A DIRECT MAIL TO THE RESIDENTS OF NORTH STRABANE AND NOTTINGHAM TOWNSHIPS.
