THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS PERSONS WHO ARE MENTALLY AND / OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED OR OTHERWISE VOCATIONALLY HANDICAPPED TO MAXIMIZE THEIR INDEPENDENT LIVING CAPABILITY AND ENHANCE EMPLOYABILITY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND CRISIS INTERVENTION.
