Mission
NORTHSTAR RESIDENTIAL CARE INC. EXISTS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY SUPPORTS INCLUDING RESIDENTIAL CARE DAY HABILITATION AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. IT IS THE GOAL OF NORTHSTAR TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS SERVED TO DEVELOP INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS AND TO BECOME MORE INTEGRATED INTO THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH THEY LIVE.
