Mission
TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY SHELTER TO HOMELESS FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN POLK COUNTY WISCONSIN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES WHILE RESIDENTS ARE ADDRESSING THE ISSUES THAT CAUSED THE HOMELESS SITUATION, AND TO ASSIST RESIDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF IDENTIFYING AND MOVING INTO AFFORDABLE PERMANENT HOUSING.
