WE EQUIP AND EMPOWER RAPE CRISIS PROGRAMS, ALLIED PROFESSIONALS, AND COMMUNITIES TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE SERVICES, RAISE AWARENESS, AND SHAPE PUBLIC POLICY THAT AFFECTS VICTIMS OF THE CRIME OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE. OAESV WORKS TO REMOVE BARRIERS, STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY CAPACITY, AND PROMOTE SAFETY AND DIGNITY FOR ALL SURVIVORS.
