TO PROVIDE THE YOUTH OF ERIE COUNTY THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHOWCASE THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS AND REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL WITHIN A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. TO OFFER ALL CITIZENS OF ERIE COUNTY A VENUE TO PARTICIPATE IN A WIDE VARIETY OF OPEN CLASS COMPETITION IN THE SPIRIT OF GOOD FELLOWSHIP. TO RECOGNIZE AND HONOR SPECIAL MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY WHO HAVE CONTIRBUTED ENDLESS HOURS OF SERVICE AND PROVIDED US A HERITAGE OF WHICH WE CAN BE PROUD.
