IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE PURPOSES, THE ASSOCIATION INTENDS TO ENGAGE IN LOBBYING, LITIGATION AND REGULATORY/LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES, CONDUCT RESEARCH IN AREAS RELEVANT TO THE CREDIT UNION INDUSTRY, COMMUNICATE WITH THE PUBLIC AND ITS MEMBERS ABOUT SUCH MATTERS, AND ASSIST CREDIT UNION ORGANIZATIONS WITH THEIR LEGISLATIVE/REGULATORY UNDERTAKINGS.
