TO HELP CARRY OUT THE MISSION OF OHIO DISTRICT 5 AREA AGENCY ON AGING, INC. WHICH IS TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP FOR A COLLABORATIVE SERVICE AND RESOURCE NETWORK THAT SUPPORTS INDIVIDUAL CHOICE, INDEPENDENCE, AND DIGNITY FOR OLDER AND DISABLED ADULTS.
