THE EDUCATION FOUNDATION PREPARES THE CURRENT AND FUTURE WORKFORCE FOR AN ENRICHING CAREER IN THE FOODSERVICE AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROMOTES THE PROSTART PROGRAM TO PREPARE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR TOP-WAGE, HIGH SKILL CAREERS IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY.
