THE OHIO SENIOR OLYMPICS IS DEDICATED TO PROMOTING HEALTHY LIFESTYLES AMONG OHIOANS AGED 50 AND OVER THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM OF EDUCATION, FITNESS, AND ATHLETIC COMPETITION. OUR MISSION IS TO FOSTER A COMMUNITY THAT EMPHASIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND WELLNESS FOR SENIORS, THEREBY ENHANCING THEIR OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE. WE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN TOP-QUALITY ATHLETIC COMPETITIONS, WORKSHOPS, AND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS DESIGNED TO INFORM AND MOTIVATE SENIORS TO ENGAGE IN REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND HEALTHY LIVING.
