OBHC'S PRIMARY CHALLENGE IS TO ENSURE THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE BETTER ABLE TO MANAGE THEIR LIVES, WORK AND PARTICIPATE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AS THE RESULT OF OBHC'S INVOLVEMENT IN THEIR LIVES.
