TO PROVIDE QUALITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TO PERSONS OF ALL AGES, CULTURAL AND ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS. OBHC PROVIDES SUBSTANCE USE AND VIOLENCE PREVENTION SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY; AND COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT AND SKILLS TRAINING TO PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL, SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER, AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND CONCERNS. OBHC'S PRIMARY CHALLENGE IS TO ENSURE THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE BETTER ABLE TO MANAGE THEIR LIVES, WORK AND PARTICIPATE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AS THE RESULT OF OBHC'S INVOLVEMENT IN THEIR LIVES.
