THE OKLAHOMA HARM REDUCTION ALLIANCE (OKHRA) IS A GRASSROOTS HARM REDUCTION ORGANIZATION THAT MEETS OKLAHOMANS WHO USE DRUGS WHERE THEY ARE THROUGH EVIDENCE-BASED EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, POLICY REFORM, AND LOW BARRIER HEALTH SERVICES.
