(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)(CONTINUED) THE ANNUAL CAMPAIGN COLLECTS AND DISTRIBUTES CONTRIBUTIONS TO VARIOUS LOCAL AND REGIONAL TAX EXEMPT AGENCIES ACCORDING TO THE DESIGNATIONS OF THE DONORS. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY ONE CALL FOR ALL ARE DISTRIBUTED TO PARTICIPATING AGENCIES. UNDESIGNATED DONATIONS ARE DIVIDED ON A PRO-RATA BASIS AND ARE ADDED TO THE RESPECTIVE AGENCY'S CONTRIBUTION.
