THE OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL 324 INDUSTRY LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE WORKS TO PROVIDE OPERTATING ENGINEERS AND EMPLOYERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDY AND EXPLORE NEW AND INNOVATIVE JOINT APPROACHES TO ACHEIVING ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS. ADDITIONALLY THE COMMITTEE AIMS TO STUDY AND EXPLORE WAYS OF ELIMINATING POTENTIAL PROBLEMS WHICH REDUCE THE COMPETITIVENESS AND INHIBIT THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA OR INDUSTRY.
