PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY FOOD AND SHELTER FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT. ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES COUNSELING, REFERRAL SERVICES, EDUCATION PROGRAMS, AND 24 HOUR CRISIS LINE.
