Mission

The role of the Organization has widened in response to the need for new professional development pathways to support the arts sector. Creative professionals are increasingly looking for new ways of adapting their activities to a changing landscape. Accordingly, the professional training provided through the Global Leaders Institute and OAcademy is increasingly attracting a wider range of beneficiaries and participants. This has led to growth in terms of the activities offered through the GLI and OAcademy, including a range of organizational exchanges and residencies. To support the development of performing artists and to connect these artists with the local community, the Organization also introduced the concert series Montero at Prager.
