OUR EVIDENCE-BASED MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMMING AND RESOURCES ARE DELIVERED FOR INDIVIDUAL LEARNING AND IN SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS AND ARE DISTINGUISHED BY THE FOLLOWING: -WE OFFER SIMPLE, POWERFUL SKILLS THAT WILL BE USED THROUGHOUT LIFE. -OMBI EMPHASIZES PREVENTION, AND SUPPORTING MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION FOR ALL, RATHER THAN PATHOLOGY. -WE INCORPORATE THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION THAT IS MISSING IN TRADITIONAL COGNITIVE APPROACHES. -DISCUSSION OF MENTAL HEALTH IS NORMALIZED AND DESTIGMATIZED THROUGH UNIVERSAL TEACHING OF SKILLS. -WE CREATE ORGANIZATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY BY TRAINING NON-MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS TO CONTINUE TEACHING OUR APPROACH WITHIN THEIR ORGANIZATIONS.
