OUT OF THE COLD IS A COMMUNITY SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION THAT ANSWERS THE CALL TO SERVE THOSE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS IN THE CENTRE COUNTY COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING SHELTER, FOOD, AND SUPPORT SERVICES DURING THE TRANSITION TO PERMANENT HOUSING.
