THE FOUNDATION PARTNERS WITH LOCAL COMMUNITIES, SUPPORT AGENCIES AND FUNDING ORGANIZATIONS TO COLLABORATIVELY DEVELOP AND CONDUCT PROGRAMS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THESE AMERICANS.
