PACIFIC HEALTH MINISTRY ("PHM") IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, EXEMPT UNDER IRC 501(C)(3), ESTABLISHED IN 1986 FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING HOSPITAL MINISTRY AND CLINICAL PASTORAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN HAWAII. THE MISSION OF PHM IS TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY INTER-FAITH SPIRITUAL CARE TO THE PEOPLE OF HAWAII, PASTORAL TRAINING TO STUDENTS FROM AROUND THE WORLD, AND EDUCATION TO THE COMMUNITY. PHM CURRENTLY PROVIDES SERVICES TO HAWAII'S MAJOR MEDICAL CENTERS AND ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES.
