Pacific West Association of Realtors, Inc. (the "Association or PWR") is a California non-profit corporation that provides various services, such as education, promotion, public relations, sale of supplies and multiple listing services to members involved in the real estate industry.In late 2010, PWR created the Pacific West Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service (PWRMLS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PWR. Although not active at this time and with no significant assets, the purpose of forming the new entity was to allow PWR to explore the possibility of offering its members MLS services directly through PWR.
