THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT AND ADMINISTER PROGRAMS THAT DIRECTLY BENEFIT BOTH COMPANION ANIMALS AND THEIR OWNERS. PACT BELIEVES THAT PROVIDING KNOWLEDGE, CONCENTRATING RESOURCES, COORDINATING EFFORTS AND INSPIRING THE COMMUNITY IS THE BEST WAY TO EFFECTIVELY IMPROVE THE LIVES AND COMPANION ANIMALS AND THEIR HUMAN OWNERS, SO THAT BOTH CAN LIVE HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER LIVES TOGETHER FOR THEIR MUTUAL BENEFIT.
