IT WAS FOUNDED IN 2008 WITH A DEFINED MISSION OF CREATING STRONG NEIGBORS & NEIGHBORS WITHING PADUCAH, KY, THROUGH EDUCATION, COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES, AND HOME REHABILITATION.
