THE CORPORATION ENGAGES IN ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE QUALITY, SAFE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITHIN MOBILE, BALDWIN, CLARKE, AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES OF THE STATE OF ALABAMA WHO LACK THE FINANCIAL AND OTHER REOURCES NECESSARY TO OBTAIN SUCH HOUSING WITHOUT ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY THE CORPORATION.
