THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO ENGAGE IN AND CONDUCT STUDIES, SURVEYS, RESEARCH, TRAINING, AND OTHER PROGRAMS TO INCREASE THE QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC GOVERNANCE, FOSTER PUBLIC AWARENESS, AND GENERALLY IMPROVE THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC EDUCATION.
