PEOPLE'S COMMUNITY FOUNDATION MISSION IS TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO PEOPLE IN NEED IN THE COMMUNITIES IT SERVES AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR OTHER PROGRAMS WHO ARE SERVING THOSE COMMUNITIES IN ORDER TO FREE UP THEIR CAPACITY AND ABILITY TO CREATE PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE RESOURSES TO THE COMMUNITY. ITS PRIMARY ACTIVITIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE PURPOSES WILL BE TO PROVIDE A MOBILE HEALTH CLINIC, ACCESS TO FOOD FOR THOSE IN NEED, AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION.
