TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES TO ENRICH THE PARTICIPANTS' ABILITY TO MAKE PRODUCTIVE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THEIR COMMUNITIES, AS WELL AS TO ENHANCE THOSE SKILLS WHICH ENABLE THE PARTICIPANT TO BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT AND SELF SUFFICIENT.
