Mission: Personal Onsite Development is a Maine, Not-for-Profit agency that provides Community Supports and Work Supports to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism. Our services are tailored to meet individual needs and are created to enable individuals to live more independently in their community. Vision: The emphasis of our programming at Personal Onsite Development is to promote and enhance individuals' lives by integrating services into meaningful, real life experiences. We foster opportunities for independence and personal choice while respecting the rights of each individual to grow at their pace. We provide a wide variety of personalized services to ensure the highest degree of success and self-esteem in the people we serve.
