TO PROVIDE VICTIMS A SAFE, NONJUDGEMENTAL, CONFIDENTIAL PLACE TO TELL THEIR STORIES AND EXPLORE THEIR OPTIONS. THE ORGANIZATION'S SERVICES ARE VICTIM-CENTERED, MEANING THAT THE VICTIM GUIDES THE PROCESS, SO THAT IT EMPOWERS THE VICTIM TO BE ABLE TO LIVE A LIFE FREE FROM ABUSE.
