THE FOUNDATION HELPS LEADERS BUILD SCHOOLS, SUPPORTS CURRENT LEADERS IN NEW EDUCATIONAL APPROACHES, AND ADVANCES POLICIES THAT FOCUS ON EQUITY, WELLNESS, AND SOCIAL IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT. THE FOUNDATION CONSULTS WITH SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT, COACHING, AND CAPACITY BUILDING IN THE AREAS OF INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS, SCHOOL OPERATIONS, AND SCHOOL FINANCE.
