PROVIDE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED PEOPLE WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A 21-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX LOCATED IN ZIMMERMAN, MINNESOTA. THE FACILITIES ARE SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY AND HAPPINESS.
