Mission
PLAN OF PA'S MISSION IS TO ASSIST PEOPLE LIVING WITH A DISABILITY TO LIVE A MEANINGFUL LIFE. WE SUPPORT FAMILIES AS THEY PROVIDE FOR THE CURRENT NEEDS OF THEIR LOVED ONES IN THE AREAS OF HOUSING, VOCATIONAL PURSUITS, OBTAINING BENEFITS, INCREASING SOCIAL SUPPORTS, MANAGING PERSONAL FINANCES AS WELL AS ACHIEVING HEALTH & WELLNESS GOALS. IN ADDITION, PLAN OF PA PARTNERS WITH FAMILIES TO PREPARE FOR A LOVED ONE'S FUTURE AND ASSIST THE PERSON WHEN THE FAMILY IS NO LONGER ABLE TO DO SO.
