THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS ASSOCIATION IS ORGANIZED IS TO DEVELOP AND OPERATE A YOUTH SOCCER PROGRAM. THIS ASSOCIATION WILL SEEK TO IMPLANT IN THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY THE IDEALS OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, FAIR PLAY, AND HONESTY FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THEIR PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING WHILE PROVIDING A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE TRAVELING TEAMS.
