TO DEVELOP PROGRAMS, CONDUCT RESEARCH, PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES THAT WORK TO ESTABLISH SELF-HELP, MUTUAL AID, NATURAL HELPING NETWORKS, AND RESOURCE EXCHANGE NETWORKS THAT IMPROVE THEIR WELL-BEING.
