PROJECT VICTORY WAS FOUNDED BY COMBAT VETERANS WHO HAVE A PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS. OUR UNIQUE EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS HAVE ALLOWED US TO TRAVEL INTO WAR-TORN REGIONS TO ESTABLISH SUPPLY LINES TO BRING HELP TO THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST.
