THE MISSION IS 21ST CENTURY PREPARES DIVERSE CHILDREN FOR ACCESS TO FULL ARRAY OF LIFE CHOICES, INCLUDING COLLEGE AND CAREERS THAT DEVELOP THEIR LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY.
