THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE IRC, SPECIFICALLY TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCIES OF CHARITIES PURPORTING TO BE ENGAGED IN HELPING VETERANS AND TO ASSIST OTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CONDUCT OF SIMILAR ACTIVITIES.
