RCH FURNISHES A WATER SUPPLY TO INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN THE RURAL COMMUNITY OF ROCKWALL, TEXAS, AND THE SURROUNDING RURAL AREAS. RCH SERVESAPPROXIMATELY 3,000 MEMBERS. IT OWNS A PUMP STATION, WATER TOWER AND STORAGE FACILITIES AT A SINGLE SITE NORTH OF ITS SYSTEM.
