Mission

Rebuilding Together Houston is the only organization in Houston and Harris County providing free home repairs to hundreds of families each year. We employ licensed contractors to restore homes to safe, livable conditions, extending each home's life by 20 years or more and protecting families from hazards like leaking roofs, mold, unsafe flooring, faulty electrical systems, and lack of hot water, heating, or air conditioning.Over the past 42 years, we have served more than 14,800 neighbors at no cost. Our work enhances the safety and structural integrity of homes passed down through generations, helping preserve Houston's neighborhood character by keeping families in the communities they helped to build.
