TO PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT, AND TO THEIR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, AS WELL AS TO ELIMINATE SUCH VIOLENCE THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND PUBLIC ADVOCACY.
