WE RESEARCH AND SEEK SOLUTIONS THAT ARE NOT ONLY COST-EFFECTIVE AND RELIABLE, BUT ALSO CREATE STRONGER, MORE EQUITABLE COMMUNITIES. RAP EDUCATES POLICYMAKERS AND HELPS THEM NAVIGATE THE COMPLEX WORLD OF CLEAN ENERGY POLICY CREATION AND NEGOTIATION.
