Grant payments are made in compliance with the Last Will and Testamentof Robert R Rhodes dated November 4, 1913 and aligned with updated Exhibit A Named Beneficiaries dated April 19, 1940.Keybank, as Trustee, makes distributions to pre selected exempt organizations to be used for their exempt purpose. Keybank maintains a responsiveness to the needs and activities of each beneficiary organization in the attainment of its mission. Under the Ohio Institutional Trust Funds Act of 1999, all beneficiaries except HiramHouse have chosen to receive the maximum of income based on thegreater of 5% of AFV or traditional income.Hiram House has chosen traditional income. The trust can be terminated by any 25% combination of beneficiary income interests.
